Cafe 9 Story opened at C101, Pragati IT Park — in the heart of Surat's Digital Valley, opposite Mota Varachha — with one promise: every cup should inspire. Not another generic café on Varachha Road, but a specialty coffee house where IT teams, students, and families get real espresso, real americano, and real conversation.

We built our menu around what cafe9story.com stands for — Artisan Coffee Blends, rich espressos, and smooth americanos — plus Chapter No. 9, our house signature. Every drink is prepared at the bar you can see from your table, with beans chosen for consistency, not shortcuts.
