Opening C101 at Pragati IT Park
How Cafe 9 Story became Mota Varachha and Digital Valley's coffee address.

When we chose C101, Pragati IT Park — opposite Mota Varachha, inside Surat's Digital Valley — we knew the neighbourhood was hungry for something better than instant coffee and franchise chains.
Cafe 9 Story was built for the developer walking over between stand-ups, the Varachha family out on a Sunday, and the student group that needed a table until late. We open 10 AM to 11:55 PM because Surat does not stop at six.
Our promise stayed simple: Sip, savor, inspire. Artisan Coffee Blends, honest espresso, smooth americano, and Chapter No. 9 — the cup that tells people they have arrived at the right address.
Today, with 4.9 stars on Google Maps, we are grateful to every guest from Mota Varachha and across Surat who made C101 their cup. This is still chapter one.
